Yes, you can get "Technology Preview 2" build from your Veeam sales rep, if they still have spots on this alpha program in their region (the build was released summer 2018). Beta will be next year only, once the code is merged into the next release branch. Thanks!

Currently, no update is available. Once a beta is available, you should be able to talk to your local contacts in getting those bits if you are willing to provide feedback.

But yes, your timeline for private beta is correct - we're on track to make it available in July, and it should be the fully feature complete code for "v1" of NAS backup (meaning going forward on our way to RTM, we will only focus on performance and scalability optimizations).
