Hi
I'm new with Veeam and I one question about VA Mode.
With our future setup, we will have a blade chassis with many ESX Hosts (shared storage - iscsi). If I install Veeam Backup Server under one ESX host and will use "Virtual Appliance mode", I will be able to backup all VMs under the same ESX Host (VA Mode). For the others ESX hosts, do I need to install another Veeam Backup Server under additionnal ESX Hosts ?
Thank you!

Re: Questions about Virtual Appliance Mode
Hello,
No, you do not need to install separate backup servers to use VA mode, as soon as ESX(i) host running Veeam Backup VM is able to access all other LUNs where processed VMs reside, you should be fine.
For more information please review sticky FAQ topic, your question is also already answered there.
Thanks!
