Quick backup and synthetic full
Hi guys,
I'm a little bit disapointed with that, can you please tell me why a quick backup of a VM launch the process of the creation of the synthetic full for the whole job (I know it was on the creation day but I though the creation process will launch only if the entire job is started not for a single VM)?
Thanks,

Thanks for the reply, Adrien.
It`s unexpected behavior for that version (some changes were made in the first patch), so please contact Veeam technical support for the issue investigation.
Once you have a support case number, please post it here.

Indeed this looks like improper behaviour at least from the logs. We will know what happened there pretty soon

Re: Quick backup and synthetic full
Hi guys,
Got a reply from support today:
Thanks,
Got a reply from support today:
This is not a major feature for us so I guess it's acceptable to wait until the next release to fix this issue. Our developers confirmed it is unexpected behaviour.
This issue is going to be fixed on the future release.
Unfortunately there is no workaround available that will allow to fix this issue in the current version.
I can send additional feature request, so this will increase the priority of this issue.
However I will have to close this case in order to start the procedure.
Please let me know if you find this solution suitable.
Thanks,
