RAW Data Backup

Good day
I have some small questions.
As I understand and read, veeam is using Hypervisor backup level..
Can it run on Storage Block level.. (backup RAW data)
I have EMC Storage with Using XEN Servers, as I know that Veeam only backup support Hyper-v and VMware.
I guess if it can do such backup I can use veeam to backup the storage regardless which Hypervisor is being used.

No, unfortunately we only support backing virtual disks belonging to VMware and Hyper-V VMs.
