Hello,
What is the best practice to prevent the VeeamBackup Log file to be HUGE .... 50 Gb for a DB of 120 MB!!!! ?
Is the Rcovery Model Full mandatory? Why?
For now I could change the recovery model to SIMPLE, shrink the log and then back to FULL but is it worthy?
Thanks,
DOm

Re: Recovery Model / Log SIze?
Hi Dom,
Full Recovery mode is not mandatory, moreover when you choose to setup local SQL Express database (default setup option), Veeam B&R will set up its configuration database with Simple recovery mode configured. With simple recovery mode, you do not have to worry about the transaction log management.
Thanks!
