what advantages if the VBR running under Refs file system?

With NTFS, you cannot use our FastClone feature.
ReFS works reliable. Our recommendation is to use reFS to have FastClone enabled repositories: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120
