Remote administering via Veeam console ?
Hello.
I have a V1/VBR (version 10) server that in order to administer I have to always RDP to it.
Is there a console client on something that can be installed on a laptop to be able to connect to the remote server?
I remember doing this long time ago but I don't remember what I installed/how I did that.

Hi Borg,
Sure, there are Veeam Backup & Replication Console and Veeam ONE Monitor Client components that allow management of the corresponding product servers.
Thanks

But where do I get it from?
Is it in the Veeam One v10 package by any chance?

Do I need to use the same license file as for the server or is it enough to install it in community edition mode?

You do not need a license file since both are "client software" and I presume you already have licensed Veeam servers.

Yes, the server is licensed for multiple sockets.
I'll get back with some feedback.
