Hello,
One of our Veeam (Windows) servers has the Veeam Mount Service running, while it's not set on any of our repositories. I dont know how it got there, perhaps of a deleted repository. While it's not a big issue, but how can I remove this service? Would like to keep things tight and clean.
Regards,
Bastiaan

Re: Remove Veeam Mount Serviec from server
Hi Bastiaan, backup server and Veeam B&R console always have this service installed, since they are mount servers by default (required for the initial backup mount with the purpose of browsing files when you start FLR).

Ok, it's one of our Cloud Gateways actually.

Re: Remove Veeam Mount Service from server
Well, Cloud Gateway doesn't have it by default so it might indeed be the remnant of an old repository or console.
