Hello,
I was in the process of moving a job from one repository to another, keeping the chain doesn't matter. Instead of choosing delete from disk, i chose remove from configuration.
1 - Does that data from the old chain sit on the storage space?
2 - If so, how do i remove the old data?
Thanks
Jeff

Re: Removed from config rather that deleted from disk
Hi Jeff,
Veeam's remove from configuration option only affects Veeam's "awareness" of these files, that is, it just deleted the record from the database. It doesn't actually affect the actual backup files. You'd have to manually go and delete the files that you removed from configuration.
