replica failover to a isolated network, DNS won't come up right

I have the same issues with my 2 2012 DC's and 1 2003 (still kicking around). When I ru na replica failover to a isolatred vnetwork dns wont come up right and the sysvol never allows one to browse. opened a case, but still no love.
