[Feature Request] Replica VM Deleted check
This comes out of support case (03555285). I had an issue where we failed over to a VM replica, but the replica VM got deleted from the hypervisor before we could finish the operation. As such, the failover job stayed in an Active state, and any attempts to stop the job, complete the failover, failback, or undo resulted in errors. To resolve this, support had to run a script on the database. But I think there should be some kind of logic built-in to failover operations that checks if the replica VM still exists, and if not, stop the job with an error like "replica VM does not exist" or something along those lines.

Hi Anthony, I agree. We will try to reproduce this internally and think of the ways to address such situations. Thanks for the heads up.
