Hello, I have vSphere ESX4.0 host running on my office and I would like to have replication to my remote branch. I planning to get a new server and install latest ESX 5.5 at my branch. Can Veeam replicate the VM from ESX4.0 to remote host ESX5.5 and the VMs still works?

Yep. It can, as both versions of vSphere are supported. Be aware to update VB&R at least to v7 R2, though. Thanks.
