Replication choices

Would i be able to run a synchronous replication of the VMs i choose from the production site to the DR site using VBR6.1?

hi, if you mean real-time continuous replication, no. Veeam can do "near-cdp" replica, that is it can replicate every X minutes, doing this:
1. snapshot the VM
2. replicate it (first full, than only changed blocks)
3. commit snapshot
As soon as the commit is completed, it invokes another snapshot and repeat 1 to 3. So every cycle can be as short as the time required to do the 3 stages.
