I am receiving the following error when replicating a virtual machine with a disk sized at 256GB. I can create and virtual disk this size on the Target computer that is the same 256GB in without an error. Any Ideas, please let me know.

Is this on a host that was ESX3 and has been upgraded to ESX4? If so, have a look at this post: http://www.veeam.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1615
