replication is slow for some disks

I have slow replication with some servers and I can not figure out the reason
some disks are using cbt but they are entirly read compared to other disks for which veeam read only a few GB so the difference of time is very important
HD 80GB 80GB read 40 minutes
HD 80GB 1GB read 2 minutes

did some one experienced this type of issue?

Sometimes CBT is not leveraged during backups, but it has several reasons. Can you post here the activity summary of the job for the slow VM?

Luca means the job log available in the Realtime Statistics window on selecting the VM to the left.
