Replication job fails as locked by sure replica

As only of this week, there are some weird things happening....

I have a surebackup job that shows status of last result failed, but it sends email notification of success and all tasks within the session log have all green ticks when I click on the job details.

7/24/2019 10:24:03 AM Sending e-mail report

This is the error I got from the Replication job.
7/25/2019 6:18:50 AM :: Processing Server_001 Error: Item [Server_001] is locked by running session SureReplica T-Server_001 [SureBackup]

Then I did a search on the Internet and all I got was to delete or clear the SQL DB ? Any confirmation & details on how to do that ?

Hello,
I recommend to contact support to investigate what is happening. Please post the case number for reference.

Running the SQL commands might help, but I don't recommend to try it without further investigations.

If Veeam support or even the local Veeam vendor can or have done anything, I would not be here....

then please escalate the case. support must be able to solve that.
