Replication Job Jam at 66%

Hi, I have a replication job jaming at 66% some time it work 10 time after it rebegin to jam, I need to reboot the veeam backup server.
When it work it take 2 minutes

If you click on the VM Name, it will give detailed statistics of the backup process. Can you post a picture of that when it's "jammed"?

Also, your should be sure to forward this to support, open a case, and post your incident number here. Posting log snippits here is not a good idea.

Positively get a case open with support. If you go to cp.veeam.com you can log in, open a case, upload your logs, and get them looking at what's going on.
