Replication Job - local replication - from disk to disk
When creating a replication job, how can I add a job to take a snapshot and copy from one disk to another disk on the same server? Currently, each replication works over the network (i.e. it goes to the server where Veeam is located and then is copied to the disk). Can this be omitted? I admit that I did not find such an option. And replication from China to New Zealand takes some time

Hello Jasniejszy
Our replication jobs always runs over network. But you can deploy a Linux VM as a proxy server on that host.
In the replica job, choose this proxy as a source and target proxy server. With this configuration, the replication traffic should stay on the same host.

Why does the tcp/6162 port open automatically when installing a proxy on servers? This is not safe on servers. Traffic should be open only to the server with a given IP and not to everyone. This solution is a bit weak. Can this filtered port be added permanently on the server?
