Replication Statistics Wrong?

Post by BigK2009 »

Hi,

When we kick off a replication job the session details always seem to be off by a couple hours for the "Start Time". For instance if we manually kick off a replication job at 7:30 AM and it finishes at 7:40, the session details show the start time as 5:30 AM (incorrect) and the end time as 7:40 (correct). We notice this a lot with the reports that we receive. The processed objects section seems to be correct.

Below is an example. This job only ran for 8 minutes, so I'm not sure where the 2:08:12 duration came from?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Session Details
Status Success Start time 4/27/2011 5:39:36 AM Details

Total VMs 1 End time 4/27/2011 7:47:49 AM
Processed VMs 1 Duration 2:08:12
Successful VMs 1 Total size 35.00 GB
Failed VMs 0 Processed size 35.00 GB
VMs in progress 0 Processing rate 5 MB/s
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Processed Objects
VM name Status Start time End time Total size Processed size Processing rate Duration Details
ServerName Success 4/27/2011 7:40:12 AM 4/27/2011 7:47:48 AM 35.00 GB 35.00 GB 79 MB/s 0:07:36

Kris, I'm not sure where this info came from either. Could you tell me if you have a local SQL Server that hosts Veeam database? Can you reach our technical team to have a look at it live?

We do use SQL express. We are currently still in a trial environment (we are purchasing it though) so I doubt that technical support would give us a hand until the purchase is final...
