Able to replicate to VMWare 5 the first time, but subsequent replication attempts give this error: The specified key, name, or identifier already exists.

Do you have vSphere 5 compatibility patch installed? Possibly unrelated to vSphere 5 to me, as this error has been reported before. But let's see what support has to say!

Yes, I have the patch installed.
I can replicate two times in a row from vcenter 4 to vcenter 4 but if I try to replicate to vcenter 5 it gives the error.
If I remove the replica vm from inventory (not delete from disk), the second replication can occur. However, I cant do a third replication until the vm is removed from inventory again.
