Replication with GFS retention?

My org is trying to move away from tapes.
Since Veeam contains replication functionality, I'm planning to replicate my backup offsite to my DR server.
However, I still need to retain the GFS retention for my backups. (4 weeks retention for weekly full, 12 months retention for monthly full, 7 years retention for yearly full)

I checked the settings, it seems to only retain a number of restore points.
How can I keep all 23 full backups and maybe 1 weeks' worth of full + incremental backup chain?

You can use GFS retention policy with backup copy jobs. In addition to the simple retention policy, select the number of full backups to keep for each period (week, month, year).
