I am new to VEEam. What is the best setup for repositories? Should I go with one huge resopisitory for ex: 4 TB or should I break down the reopisitories?

Taseen, typically one repository is enough, unless you want to have multiple simultaneous write streams to it.

What will be your target storage for the repository?

Seems like this storage supports iSCSI protocol, so I would suggest connecting it to the backup server via iSCSI and then use NTFS-formatted LUNs as a repository for your backups.
