Hi,
We use windows veeam server I don't want the backup area to be seen as a drive like in windows.
How can I do this?
So, if windows is hacked, backups will not encrypted by hackers.
We use mfa while loging VBR console.
Thank you..

Re: Repository drive
You could mount the storage as a folder (path) instead of a drive, Microsoft has a guide here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windo ... to-a-drive
Please note, this is rather just security through obscurity. Please consider if it could be an option for you to deploy a Linux Hardened Repository instead which would allow you to leverage immutability.
We have a short introduction video on Linux Hardened Repository here: https://www.veeam.com/videos/how-setup- ... 18267.html
