repository question

Post by terrance101 »

Hey guys,

I just removed an additional respository that I created and pointed all my replications off to, and then directed back to the default repository. Now it seems that the replication jobs are creating entirely new vm's on the replicated environment. Is there a way I can force them to use the replicated servers that already reside on the VM?

Yep, in order to do it you can put into use replica mapping functionality. However, please be aware that in this case previous restore points will be merged, and after the initial replication run, there will be only two available.

Thanks.
