Request for logging or additional 4 eyes event

I accidentally deleted a job and didn't see which one it was. We had to restore to get it back. If deleting a job was a 4 eyes event like deleting a repository, this would have saved me. Also, if there was logging with the job name, and the VMs in the job, when the job is deleted, I could have just recreated the job (if this already exists somewhere, please point me to it in case this happens again). Anything mentioned above or some sort of recycle bin functionality would be greatly appreciated for these ID-10-T moments.
