Requesting More Details of v7 Tape

Hello,
Before we can buy into the time limited v7 offers, I'd like to know more about the backup to tape features.

1.
The grid feature matrix has a an orange tick in backup to tape;
Does this mean we can backup and restore VBK / full Veeam severs, but just without a Veeam archive index?

2.
Is there any difference in the backup to tape between Enterprise and Enterprise+ ?
