As the outcome of my support case [ID# 00759345] still in progress, I decided to install a new Veeam server.
I have my repository on a dedicated server and when I rescan my repository's some are populating all backups that exist in the repository but some don't.
I can import the backup from the "Backups/Import" so they seems to be OK.
New support ID# 00811023

Re: Rescan of repository don't find all backups
I have just replied to you in your original thread. Anyway will do it here as well > do you have metadata files present for all backups in the repository?
p.s. I will lock this thread, so we could continue our discussion in the original topic.
