A client machine with a backup routine of some directories in "C: " (totalizing 18 mb) and in "E: " (more of 100 Gb) presented an error in disk "E:" before the start of the last backup and it was completed only with the "C:" disk directory. However, the .vbk file is shown in the repository with more than 150 GB.
When performing Guest Files recover, only the files on the "C:" disk are displayed. This also happens in VBK Extract. There is no previous restore point.
Is there a possibility that the file has become corrupted?

Re: Restoration attempt by Guest Files and VBK Extract was unsuccessful.
From the post it's not clear what product was used to take a backup and also what exact error you got.
