Hi,
What credentials do you use to login into the enterprise manager console? Also please post a screenshot of the error that you get.
Thanks

Please rescan the repository where the backup is supposed to reside and try again. If that does not help then please contact our support team directly.
Thanks

Re: restore a file via veeam enterprise manager
Hi,
Having this very issue
Both attempts result in the above error message.
Having this very issue
- *BEM is on the customer Domain.
*Veam Server is not on the Domain.
*Account used in BEM has full administrator access in BEM.
*Veeam backup server was added to BEM using the Local Administrator account.
Both attempts result in the above error message.
Many thanks
Iain Green

Hi,
As far as I understand, you've added Veeam backup server by its hostname. Can BEM server resolve it properly?
Thanks
