B&R Vers. 10
Hi,
I'm trying to restore some files in a different environment, but none of my credentials are accepted.
Even the one, that was used with the backup job (I double checked in the Credentials Manager).
As this didn't work, I restored the Configuration Backup to the second environment (there is no connection between this two networks), but still the restore does not work.
I have the key the backup is encrypted with and I should know the credentials, as I'm using them every day multiple times.
Any idea, why this is not working? What am I missing here?

Too little information about your environment and the restore process, so hard to guess. I'd recommend asking our engineers for assistance by opening a support case - they will be able to look at your setup closer and advise.
