restore from veeam exchange/mailbox (users) to a new exchang

Hi, we are facing a problem in the exchange environment, and the question are:
1.       Is it possible to restore from veeam exchange/mailbox (users) to a new exchange organization? (This is a new server with clean mailboxes. )
2.       And (if yes) what is the requirement for veeam to restore to new environment?
