restore issue

hi there

when trying to do a restore using version 4.0 i get the error mount failure, ERROR, unhandled.

any idea what causes this?

I am having a simliar issue where I am getting
mount failure, ERROR, unhandled. I am using Veeam Backup and Replication 5.5
It's strange because I don't recieve any backup issues all succesfull and now that I have to restore a file, it gives me this error, could somone help me out
