Restore issue

I performed the full restore of a VM and it was restored successfully, however, when I tried to power on the VM, then I am getting an error stating "The virtual machine can not be powered on, because it's working direcly is invalid". I checked the working directly location and it looks OK to me. What could be the problem?

Since it is VMware error, you may want to investigate VM and/or vCenter log files for more details.
