Restore past restore points

Is there a way to recover a VM past the configured restore point. So I have a VM that only keeps 3 restore points, is there any way to somehow restore that 4th restore point. We are running Veeam 8

Not sure I understand your question, because it sounds like you are asking if you can restore from an older restore point that was already physically removed by retention policy, which is of course impossible...

That is what I was asking. I was hoping maybe there was some "Recycle Bin" of sort that it put them in before it fully deleted it, but if there is not then thanks for the answer.

No, there's no such capability, that's why it is recommended to offload backups to a secondary storage for longer retention.
