Restore PST failed by Veeam Explorer for MS Exchange
Dear support,
When i restore PST from the Veeam Replication, after i click the Export to .pst file, the GUI show below error
Class not registered
0x80040154 Description : Class not registered (Source: MAPIInitialize)
How can i do for this issuw
Case Number is 06245946.

Hello Harry
This error message seems to be from Outlook. Did you already have reinstalled Outlook on that machine?
For now, I suggest keep working with our support team. I'm sure they will provide a solution to this problem.

The Outlook was initial installed Version is 2016 64bit in this machine, By the way, i tired to reinstall the office 2019 and try again ,
same error

I confirmed my account is on list at the Organization Management already
And also on list at the User Mailbox full access permission,
And also… I can read all the email in Veeam GUI and success restore the individual mail by .msg
But….just fail to export to pst file
What can I do now ??

I can see that the support engineer recommended to check the permissions.
That sounds wrong to me. A PST export doesn't write back data to the Exchange server.
PST export is also possible if you don't have access to an Exchange Server anymore. Therefore those permissions are not required.
I still think there is an issue with the Outlook installation. It may be worth to install the backup console and outlook to another machine and try the restore again.
Just to make sure, that there isn't an issue with the machine you use to restore the PST.
Additionally, I suggest to wait for our support engineer to answer your case. Unfortunately we cannot solve technical issues over the forum.

Multiple PST export in the console is not possible.
But you may use PowerShell cmdlet Export-VEXItem to write a script which exports multiple mailboxes to different PST files. There are some samples of scripts in the forum.
