Hello,

is it possible to start batch restores using VBR ?

I mean some tool or script to start restore of 10, 20 servers at the same time.

I am pretty sure you can use Veeam PowerShell commands to start multiple restores at a time. You would just need to write a PS script to do it with the commands required.
