Hi,
i have a Veeam Backup Server on my Head Quarter and a second Veeam Backup Server on another location.
On the other location i will use the Repository from the Head Quarter and will denied access to other Repositorys on the head quarter Server. Only Access to the own Repository for the other location.
I have tested it but i have access to all repositorys on the head quarter. NTFS permissions will not use to restricted.
Any chance to bild this?
Regards Christian

Re: restricted access to another Veeam Repository
I think this is not possible with the default Windows Repository Server. There are multiple options:
- Setup Veeam Cloud Connect - Enterprise which gives you a multi tenancy target
- Use a Linux Repository with different user accounts and folder access rights (don´t use elevate to root settings at the configuration for those)
- Create SMB shares with specific access rights on the Repository Server and use additional servers as Gateway Server for each location.
