Retrieving file list VSSFreezer

Dear technicals, I have this error since i was change in this virtual machine the mac address fix, it´s needed for an applications that have .
Before this the backup was working well. I tried to dismount of the inventory of Virtual Center and make an independent job under the Veeam (3.0.1) but always give the error:
Retrieving file list VSSFreezer: Failed to connect. IP address not found.
Any idea how to resolve?

Did you try to restart VM and Virtual Center? Veeam Backup retrieves IP address through VI API from Virtual Center, which in turn gets it from VMware Tools installed on that VM. If it does not help, it would be best if you send us all logs to support@veeam.com. We need to see what IP addresses are returned to us with VI API query.
