RFC: resume health check after failure

Hi,

Health checks generally take a long time to complete. Last day a health check at our cloud provider was already running for 15 hours and at 99% completion when the job failed due to connectivity issues with the cloud gateway. When the cloud gateway was reachable again, the job restarted the health check from the beginning. So it will take 15+ hours again to complete before it copies the backups. It would be a welcome addition if the health check resumes at the point where it failed. Now it wil check most backup files in the chain for a second time.
