RFE: snmp traps improvements

Post by dellock6 »

Hi Veeam guys,
we implemented last week the snmp traps for monitoring Veeam backups via Centreon (a nagios distribution). We imported the mib file into nagios, and we saw the job definition is always the same: whatever the result is Success, Warning or Failed, we get the same trap, and so we had to create some regex rules inside nagios to keep only Failed results for email alerting and subsequent ticket submission in OTRS (yes, we do use lots of open source for it management :)

Maybe in future versions would be nice to have different traps for the three possible results.

Luca.
