Same Error for 5 jobs

:x Hi, After 25 nights, it seems that 25 backups have been successfully completed but 5 virtual machines received the following message:

* Error: Cannot authenticate user.
* Soap fault. Detail endpoint
* SOAP connection is not available. Connection ID
* Failed to create NFC download stream. NFC path


It looks like some error messages per machine are exactly the same error.
Unfortunately, I can't find anything on the Internet that can help me understand error messages, and sorry for the questions I'm just new to the backup world and VEEAM in particular

Hello,
there are several knowledge base articles on your issues as they are "standard issues" with networking and authentication. for example this one www.veeam.com/kb1198

And you can contact Veeam support. Please post the case number before continuing the thread here.
