SAN Replication and Restoration over WAN

Running Veeam Backup & Replication version 9.5 update 2. The questions we have are these:
Is the program capable of Replicating a whole SAN?
Is the program capable of Restoring a whole SAN?
If so, how?
If so, can it do this over a WAN?

Veeam Backup & Replication has been designed for backing and replicating up Virtual Machines, not SAN as a whole.

For certain storage devices we can create and replicate storage snapshots between primary and secondary arrays, including over WAN, or even rely on these snapshots as the data source for backups.

Thank you for the reply. Is there a Veeam product that can replicate an entire SAN (as a whole) and can it do that over a WAN?

Most enterprise SAN support such replication natively... and many do it very efficiently over WAN in particular. Can you please clarify what do you need the product for? Are you looking for replication between SAN of different makes and models?

Can this also be achieved using Hyper-V and 3Par ?
