SAP veeam Backup

Hello @all,

we want to backup our SAP System with MSSQL via veeam.
Is it possible that sap system get an answer from the veeam backup that the backup is completed or are there other ways to communicate with veeam and the sap System.

If you're talking to SAP specific API calls or events for SAP, so that it recognizes that it was successfully backed up, then I'm not sure it is possible. On the other hand, Veeam fully supports backing up MS SQL databases in consistent mode via enabling application-aware image processing (VSS) in the backup job settings.
