Scale out repo and defragment/compact

Hello,

if i have a SO repo in "performance" mode and all backups may use any extend how is defrag/compact handled? Is the new full file placed on the same extend as the old one or does it use the "IO potential" of two extends?

Hi, Markus. Good question, I don't know the answer - we will need to check with the devs. Could be the same, or it could pick another extent matching the policy.
