Scale-out SOBR repository scan failed

Hello Guys Good Morning,

Scale-out SOBR repository scan failed with error Cannot delete cryptokey {XXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXX}, because it is used in recovery records.

Can you please help me how do i resolve this?

To resolve any technical issue, we recommend working with our customer support engineers directly. As far as I see from the case, they are awaiting debug logs from you and have already proposed a few steps to try out.

We did uploaded logs to the Job which is showing error

As far as I see our engineers are requesting full server logs to be able to track the rescan issue so please keep working with them directly on this matter.
