Scan backup files for possible viruses.

Hello,
Wanted to know if Veeam had a capability to scan files for possible viruses. We had an issue where a server was comprised. We then were able to restore a previous version of it but the data had been infected prior to backup. Wanted to see if there is a way to scan files before being backed up?

That can be achieved with a pre-job script - use it to trigger AV software of your choice to perform scan.
