Schedule enhancement Exclusions

Hello,

Using Veeam v6 p3, i can't exclude days for the backup not to run.
Before i used the schedule options from backup exec and those are great.
For veeam i don't see this options. How do you do that with christmas for example?

You can choose single week days when the backup jobs has to run or not, you do not have a yearly calendar where you can exclude only some days.
Out of curiosity, why you need this feature?

Because we are local goverment, so we have somethimes a day off
And normally when there are multiple days were nobody is working we exclude those days.

For example: or 23 december we disable 25 and 26 december and 1 januari
Nobody is here at that day, so nobody to change the tapes.... but now when i'm writing this i have the idea that veeam has nothing todo with tapes change

You find yourself the answer, backup to disk has nothing to do with target swapping, so no point in disabling a day

haha yeah self-learning on the job

and also because veeam is using CBT and no one is working, so no changes or not that much, so the incremental backup files are really small.
