Scheduled Full Backup Job

I am attempting to create Quarterly full backups as a separate job where each full can be copied off-site as its own entity. The only option I seem to have come up with is to create a backup job that does incremental, or reverse incremental backups, and also, at it's largest interval, monthly full backups.

Is there a way to create a job that only does individual scheduled quarterly full backups?

Are you planning to make additional quarterly backups out of existing ones or just new?

If new ones, you can work around it for backup job in the following way:
- Configure monthly active full backups to run each 3rd month (e.g. January, April, July, October) here.
- Set monthly job schedule with the same months and make sure the same day in monthly cycle is selected.
