Cécile, please check the C:\ProgramData\Application Data\Veeam\Backup folder.

Search there :
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Veeam\Backup

It's the path for my 2K3 R2 Veeam server.

On Windows Server 2003 computers Veeam B&R logs are stored in the %allusersprofile%\Application Data\Veeam\Backup folder.

Anyway, if you cannot find logs, you can just export them to any location launching the Log Collection wizard via Help > Support Information command in the main menu, and then browsing to the exported log files by using the Open folder link at the last step of the wizard.
