Has anyone had any success with using Cylance AV with Secure Restore? I haven't had any luck so far.
I've also logged a support call with Cylance but it is a slow process.
Case #04219121
Thanks!

Re: Secure Restore with Cylance
Hello,
and welcome to the forums.
The forums is probably a good location to discuss. Veeam support cannot help with that.
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=100 should be self explaining from a syntax perspective. We don't have documentation for other vendors. They can provide information and we can add them. But it's not that we test every AV engine on the market.
What I did when I "integrated" a vendor last time was the following:
1) check command line usage with eicar test virus
2) ask AV vendor for error codes (well, that answer was not really helpful)
3) adopt the XML with my findings from 1
Best regards,
Hannes
